CareLogs

Start with the path that matches your day. You do not need a long course—just a few habits, in order.

One caretaker at home

  1. Open CareLogs and sign in with the email you were given.
  2. You will land on a simple home for one person receiving care.
  3. Use medications for the day’s pills, tasks for routines, and logs to see what already happened.

Facilities and care homes

  1. An administrator signs in first, then adds the facility and the people who live there.
  2. Set rooms, then add caregivers so each person can reach the floor they need.
  3. On the floor: give medications, mark tasks done, and keep a readable log of the day.
  4. Administrators can review the house from the dashboard and open logs when they need the story of a shift.

The shape of a CareLogs day

  • Medications

Give what is due, confirm it, and keep a clear record. Pictures help when a pill should look familiar.

  • Tasks

Mark the day’s routines done as you go, so nobody has to hold the list in their head.

  • Logs

Open the log when you need the story of the day in plain language—not a pile of IDs.
